Now he's certain he's dreaming. He only ever hears that voice in his dreams, a half-remembered comfort, the name belonging to it escaping him at the moment. He'd lift his head but he's comfortable right here, actually. If he's asleep he wants it to last, not tempt fate by pushing the dream to see the face that speaks with that voice.
